The app cannot find my position.
Check that location is on and that BIOPRESSADRIA is allowed to use it (iPhone: Settings › Privacy & Security › Location Services; Android: Settings › Location). In the report form, “Open Settings” takes you straight to the right page. You can also type the coordinates by hand.
Can I use the app without a connection?
Yes. Maps, sites and alerts stay available offline after the first sync; you can download an area of the map with the download button. Reports made offline wait in the queue and are sent as soon as the network is back.
What happens to a report?
Once sent it is “In review”: the project partners check it. If approved it becomes visible on the map among the approved reports. The status updates in the Report section; if a send fails, tap “Retry”.
How do I change the language?
From More › Settings › Language: Italian, English, Croatian or the phone’s language.
What personal data does the app collect?
The app needs no registration. Your position is used on the device for the map and the alerts; it is sent only together with a report, with the photos and the optional contact e-mail you choose to give.
